All made to order pieces are made in house, in England. These garments requires up to 4 weeks to be made. This timeline begins once you place your order.

All UK deliveries will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We are unable to take responsibility for parcels lost during transit. Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply to orders shipped outside the UK, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS

All made to order pieces are final sale due to their custom nature. If an item is marked as made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please review all details carefully before purchasing, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Mia Grace Cooper has a 14-day return policy upon dispatch. Garments must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number.
